And it is indeed an eastern team. The longest streak has been against Tampa Bay, winning six consecutive games against them.

The correct answer depends on what "longest" means. If it's games, then it's both Tampa Bay and Calgary, 6 games. If it's time, then it's Tampa Bay, to which Avs haven't lost since 3/1/2004, or, 2166 days ago.
